Participation of EUROCERT in the 5th Conference on Diversity in Greek Businesses

Diversity and Inclusion are today fundamental pillars of business operation, highlighting the uniqueness of individuals with the aim of improving their daily work life and the efficiency of the enterprise.

Pioneering in this regard, EUROCERT has fully embraced the principles of diversity and inclusion, evident in its endorsement of the Diversity Charter.

In this context, EUROCERT actively participated in the 5th Diversity in Business Conference 2023, held on October 5, 2023, at the Zappeion Megaro. The conference took place within the framework of the actions of the Diversity Charter for Greek businesses, an initiative of the European Commission to promote diversity in Greek enterprises, implemented in our country by KEAN - Cell of Alternative Youth Searches, in collaboration with the Institute for Diversity and Inclusion - D & I.

At this event, Mr. K. Karvounakis, the Certification Director of EUROCERT, participated in the panel of keynote speakers discussing the contribution of certification to the proper implementation of the principles of Diversity and Inclusion, presenting a particularly interesting and innovative approach.
