Eurocert is accredited and notified according to the European Directive of Interoperability 797/2016 regarding all subsystems and constituents as well as all the available independent TSIs.
The European Commission Common Safety Method (CSM-REA) on Risk Evaluation and Assessment Regulation (352/2009 repealed by 402/2013 (as amended 2015/1136)), provides a legal obligation and mandatory framework for
the evaluation and assessment of risk associated with significant changes to the EU railway.
Eurocert’s scope includes all structural subsystems and all possible “changes” initiated by the “proposer ”
Eurocert offers a full spectrum of ISA related services including the overall assessment of Generic Products (GP), Generic Applications (GA) and Specific Applications (SA). Also Eurocert offers certification of railway components and systems according to the required SIL.

Eurocert can assess your product and certify its suitability for SIL 1,2,3,4 applications depending on your requirement.
Eurocert is Designated by the ministry of Transport and Infrastructure to inspect and certify all TSI open points of structural subsystems and all rolling stock wishing to enter the Greek network.
Eurocert cooperates with DeBo companies of other member states if required by the rolling stock keeper.
Eurocert completed the conformity assessment of the suburban railway network of Athens. Eurocert was closely audited by the Hellenic Accreditation Body E.SY.D. during the onsite inspections due to accreditation obligations. The project included the inspection according to numerous subsystems and TSIs.
Eurocert completed the certification of Romanian built locomotives according to the Greek NNTRs. The locomotives were built prior to the application of the IOD and had to be certified against the whole Greek NNTRs not just TSI open points.
Eurocert as an ISA assessed the conformity for the ERMIS interlocking system as a Generic Product as well as two specific applications. The product was certified as suitable for SIL 4 applications.
Assessment of the risk analysis according to the Common Safety Method of EU Regulation 402/2013/EU.
The project includes 102 km of electrified double track with maximum design speed of 200km/h. The line includes 16 tunnels, 49 railway bridges and 2 new stations.
The concerned project is the revamping of a depot in Thessaloniki, including upgrade works of the existing facilities and supplementing equipment, in order to enable the execution of the first level maintenance of five (5) trains of ETR-470 type. Eurocert completed the 6-month safety Assessment.
Regarding technical compliance to maintenance standards, correct use of spare parts, quality and safety and appropriate personnel involvement.
